Somatic Sex Education

Somatic Sex Educators Association of Australiasia, is an association that has the following objectives.

There are ten Primary Objectives of the Association.

1. organise and promote the profession of somatic sex education;

2. encourage a high standard of knowledge and proficiency among the members;

3. encourage and disseminate research in the areas of somatic sex education;

4. provide rules of conduct and fitness to practice that regulate Members and guide the profession of somatic sex educators;

5. development relationships between the profession of Somatic Sex Education and other Health Care Professionals;

6. seek to ensure a registration and disciplinary mechanism is established within the profession;

7. seek to establish mechanisms to ensure the quality of and delivery of Somatic Sex Education in Australiasia;

8. seek to establish mechanisms to ensure the quality of and delivery of Somatic Sex Education Training in Australiasia;

9. advocate for healthier communities through education enabling individuals to have healthier and happier sex lives.

10. lobby Governments and regulators in pursuit of the objects.
